Our artisanal dried meat is beef from either the thigh or the shoulder, it is seasoned in the same way as our 1st choice dried meat however the pieces are smaller and less shaped than the first quality pieces, they can also be slightly more intermixed.

Our customers particularly appreciate it for its rusticity and taste.
